The IALAC Leaders over the Years
IALAC was founded by Gladys Stallings, Redna Ruth, & Pastor Lester Mangum. This ministry began in the summer of 1992 where Gladys served as its Executive Director for many, many years. Gladys loved the program because she loved helping children grow to reach their full potential. Willa Canty served as the IALAC Director for 25 years. Willa enjoyed working with the program because she always loved children and wanted to make sure that they were in a safe productive environment. Other IALAC Directors included Leonard Stallings (3 years), Craig Mitchel (1 year), & Justin Campbell (1 year).
